Ingredients

  • 1 Package of Frozen, Chopped Spinach (thawed and squeezed dry. Frozen or cooked kale can be substituted and tastes just as good).
  • 1 Box of Stuffing Mix (I used Stove Top but store brand is fine).
  • 1/2 Cup of Grated Cheese
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Cup of Melted Butter
  • 5 Eggs
  • Pepper and Salt to Taste

Instructions

  • Cook at 350F for 20-25 minutes, depending on the size of your balls.
  • Serve with our Dijon Mustard Sauce
