Spinach Balls

Spinach Balls

Here is an appetizer made with the green goodness of spinach. Kids even like this one.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Package of Frozen Chopped Spinach (thawed and squeezed dry. Frozen or cooked kale can be substituted and tastes just as good).
  • 1 Box of Stuffing Mix I used Stove Top but store brand is fine.
  • 1/2 Cup Grated Cheese
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Melted Butter
  • 5 Eggs
  • Pepper and Salt to Taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook at 350F for 20-25 minutes, depending on the size of your balls.
  • Serve with our Dijon Mustard Sauce
