Spinach Balls
Here is an appetizer made with the green goodness of spinach. Kids even like this one.
Ingredients
- 1 Package of Frozen Chopped Spinach (thawed and squeezed dry. Frozen or cooked kale can be substituted and tastes just as good).
- 1 Box of Stuffing Mix I used Stove Top but store brand is fine.
- 1/2 Cup Grated Cheese
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Cup Melted Butter
- 5 Eggs
- Pepper and Salt to Taste
Instructions
- Cook at 350F for 20-25 minutes, depending on the size of your balls.
- Serve with our Dijon Mustard Sauce
