- 1 Package of Frozen, Chopped Spinach (thawed and squeezed dry. Frozen or cooked kale can be substituted and tastes just as good).
- 1 Box of Stuffing Mix (I used Stove Top but store brand is fine).
- 1/2 Cup of Grated Cheese
- 1/2 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Cup of Melted Butter
- 5 Eggs
- Pepper and Salt to Taste
- Cook at 350F for 20-25 minutes, depending on the size of your balls.
- Serve with our Dijon Mustard Sauce
