- 10 Oz Spinach Frozen
- 6 Oz Stuffing Mix I used Stove Top but store brand is fine.
- 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Cup Butter Melted
- 5 Eggs
- Pepper and Salt to Taste
Start by defrosting some frozen spinach in a colander, run cool water over it until it is melted enough to squeeze
Pre-heat the Oven to 350 F
Squeeze as much water as you can out of it and add it to a bowl
Melt the butter and allow it to cool a bit. You do not want it to cook your eggs
Add the stuffing mix
Add the cheese
Add the Eggs
Add the spices
Mix it all together and form little balls the size of small meatballs
Cook 20-25 minutes, depending on the size of your balls
Suggestions:
You an add in peppers for color
