• 2 Cups of Basil
  • 2 Roma Tomatoes Diced, Minced, or Processed
  • 1 Cup of Gouda Cheese Finely Shredded
  • 1 Clove of Garlic (Optional)
  • 1/4 Cup of Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Teaspoon of Salt


  1. Deseed the tomatoes and discard the seeds
  2. Mince or grate the clove of garlic do not depend on the food processer to mince it fine enough
  3. Add all ingredients to the food processer and pulse for 2-3 seconds
