Ingredients
- 2 Cups of Basil
- 2 Roma Tomatoes Diced, Minced, or Processed
- 1 Cup of Gouda Cheese Finely Shredded
- 1 Clove of Garlic (Optional)
- 1/4 Cup of Olive Oil
- 1/4 Teaspoon of Salt
Instructions
- Deseed the tomatoes and discard the seeds
- Mince or grate the clove of garlic do not depend on the food processer to mince it fine enough
- Add all ingredients to the food processer and pulse for 2-3 seconds
