Pistou Sauce
A scrumptious sauce that comes from France. It is traditionally a tad greener in color than the one we made. The french serve it in a soup. We think it is great on crostini bread or as a condiment on grilled chicken. Give it a try!

Minced, or Processed

Instructions
Deseed the tomatoes and discard the seeds
Mince or grate the clove of garlic do not depend on the food processor to mince it fine enough
Add all ingredients to the food processor and pulse for 2-3 seconds
