Summer Fruit and Granola Bowl
An easy way to pull together a last minute breakfast. All you need are some pre cut canteloupe melon chunks and a handfull or your favoriite berries. We used raspberries and blueberries but strawberries or blackberries would work just as well. Actually I think the blackberry and the cantaloupe would compliment each other nicely. You can use your favorite yogurt, I used plain greek because it has no added sugar. For sweetness beyond the fruit and granola you can add a little local honey.

Raspberry Yogurt Cup
This recipe is so simple, we did not include the step by step or video instructions. We purchased 2 pints of fresh raspberries and cooked 1/2 of them down into a sauce. This allowed me to make the most of these delicious red berries. For this dish I mixed a little bit the sauce with some plain greek yogurt to add sweetness and color. Them sprinkled some homemade granola and added a a fresh berry on top. If you want to learn how to make the raspberry puree see the recipe here ( ADD LINK) To make the homemade granola see the recipe here https://mealprepmade.com/homemade-air-fryer-granola/

These muffins are a treat. They are loaded with fruit that keeps the muffins moist. Topped with a nutmeg cinnamon topping that accents the peach flavor, these were worth the 40 minutes in total to make them.
