Ingredients
- 10 Oz Spinach Frozen
- 6 Oz Stuffing Mix I used Stove Top but store brand is fine.
- 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Cup Butter Melted
- 5 Eggs
- Pepper and Salt to Taste
Instructions
- Start by defrosting some frozen spinach in a colander, run cool water over it until it is melted enough to squeeze
- Pre-heat the Oven to 350 F
- Squeeze as much water as you can out of it and add it to a bowl
- Melt the butter and allow it to cool a bit. You do not want it to cook your eggs
- Add the stuffing mix
- Add the cheese
- Add the Eggs
- Add the spices
- Mix it all together and form little balls the size of small meatballs
- Cook 20-25 minutes, depending on the size of your balls

You an add in peppers for colorÂ
