- 1 Spatula
Ingredients
- 1 Cups Shredded Cheese White only I used mozzarella but white cheddar would also work well
- Food Coloring Neon
- 2 Slices Bread I used white bread but you could also use wheat
- 1 Tbs Butter Softened or Butter Spread
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients
- Divide your cheese equally into three bowls
- Drop two drops of a single food color into each bowl and stir well
- Heat a skillet over med high heat
- Place the butter in the pan
- Lay the bread into the pan
- Add the cheese onto the bread-one color per row
- Add butter to the top of the second piece of bread
- Put the top on the sandwich butter side up
- Flip carefully and grill until golden brown
- The magic happens when you cut the bread and see the rainbow!
