Ingredients

1 Cups Shredded Cheese White only I used mozzarella but white cheddar would also work well
Food Coloring Neon
2 Slices Bread I used white bread but you could also use wheat
1 Tbs Butter Softened or Butter Spread

Instructions

Gather your ingredients
Divide your cheese equally into three bowls
Drop two drops of a single food color into each bowl and stir well
Heat a skillet over med high heat
Place the butter in the pan
Lay the bread into the pan
Add the cheese onto the bread-one color per row
Add butter to the top of the second piece of bread
Put the top on the sandwich butter side up
Flip carefully and grill until golden brown
