Rainbow Grilled Cheese
The magic happens when you cut the bread and see the rainbow! Kids will love this one.
Ingredients
- 1.5 Cups Shredded White Cheese I used mozzarella but white cheddar would also work well
- Neon Food Coloring
- Bread I used white bread but you could also use wheat
- Softened Butter or Butter Spread
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients
- Divide your cheese equally into three bowls
- Drop two drops of a single food color into each bowl and stir well
- Butter one side of each slice of bread
- Heat a skillet over med high heat
- Place the butter side down in the pan
- Add the cheese onto the bread-one color per row
- Put the top on the sandwich butter side up
- Flip carefully and grill until golden brown
- The magic happens when you cut the bread and see the rainbow!
