Rob's Vinegar BBQ Sauce

We always serve this sauce over pulled pork and brisket. It balances out the fattiness in the meat and any smoke taste that has been added.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 4 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1.25 Teaspoons Salt
  • 1.25 Teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
  • 1.25 Teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Gather your ingredients
  • Add all the ingredients into a jar and cover.
  • Shake it up.
  • Let it sit for at least thirty minutes before serving.

Notes

Option: Try adding in a few tablespoons of tomato paste of ketchup. It brings a great flavor into it.
