- 2.5 Lb. Bag of Small Baby Potatoes
- 1 Tablespoon of Fresh Garlic (chopped)
- 2 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoons of Italian Seasoning
- 2 Teaspoons of Sea Salt
- 2 Teaspoons of Cracked Black Pepper
- Heat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- Clean the potatoes using water. Use a cloth or a brush and pat them dry.
- Combine all the ingredients together and mix thoroughly.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes.
