Oven Roasted Baby Potatoes


  • 2.5 Lb. Bag of Small Baby Potatoes
  • 1 Tablespoon of Fresh Garlic (chopped)
  • 2 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoons of Italian Seasoning
  • 2 Teaspoons of Sea Salt
  • 2 Teaspoons of Cracked Black Pepper


  1. Heat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Clean the potatoes using water. Use a cloth or a brush and pat them dry.
  3. Combine all the ingredients together and mix thoroughly.
  4. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes.
