Melon Water

Refreshing Melon Water

We used cantaloupe but watermelon or honeydew also work well and taste so delicious! A good natural fit especially for those who do not like the taste of plain water, or those counting calories.

  • 2 Cups Melon Cut Up
  • 1 Half Gallon of Water


  • Wash, cut and slice the melon
  • Add the melon to a jar
  • Fill the jar with filtered water
  • Sit in the refrigerator for 12- 24 hours before drinking
  • You can refill the water for the next 3 days
  • After 3 days the fruit will begin to break down and you should discard the fruit and any water that is left.
