Spinach Salad w/ Bacon and Pear


  • 2 Cups of Spinach and Arugula Mix
  • 1 Piece of Cooked Bacon (diced)
  • ¼ Fresh Pear (ripened and sliced thin)
  • 3 Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
  • ½ oz Goat cheese
  • 5 Slices Pickled Onion

Serve with Dijon Vinaigrette

  • ¼ Tsp Sugar
  • ¼ Tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tbl. Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 Tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Cracked Black Pepper to Taste


  1. Lay spinach on a plate and sprinkle the bacon on top.
  2. Add the tomato, pear slices, goat cheese, and onions.
  3. In a small side dish, add ingredients together for the Dijon Vinaigrette dressing.
  4. Pour over the top of the salad.
