- 2 Cups of Spinach and Arugula Mix
- 1 Piece of Cooked Bacon (diced)
- ¼ Fresh Pear (ripened and sliced thin)
- 3 Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
- ½ oz Goat cheese
- 5 Slices Pickled Onion
Serve with Dijon Vinaigrette
- ¼ Tsp Sugar
- ¼ Tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tbl. Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 Tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Cracked Black Pepper to Taste
Instructions
- Lay spinach on a plate and sprinkle the bacon on top.
- Add the tomato, pear slices, goat cheese, and onions.
- In a small side dish, add ingredients together for the Dijon Vinaigrette dressing.
- Pour over the top of the salad.
