Dijon Vinaigrette

Tbl. Balsamic Vinegar

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Cracked Black Pepper to Taste
Instructions
Lay spinach on a plate and sprinkle the bacon on top.
Add the tomato, pear slices, goat cheese, and onions.
In a small side dish, add ingredients together for the Dijon Vinaigrette dressing.
Pour over the top of the salad.
