Pistou Sauce
A scrumptious sauce that comes from France. It is traditionally a tad greener in color than the one we made. The french serve it in a soup. We think it is great on crostini bread or as a condiment on grilled chicken. Give it a try!

Ingredients
- 2 Cups Basil
- 2 Tomatoes Roma Diced, Minced,
- 1 Cup Gouda Cheese Finely Shredded
- 1 Clove Garlic Optional
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
Instructions
- Deseed the tomatoes and discard the seeds
- Mince or grate the clove of garlic do not depend on the food processor to mince it fine enough
- Add all ingredients to the food processor and pulse for 2-3 seconds
