Fast easy snack for kids and adults. This one was a blast from the past in the 80s we would come home and figure out what to have for an after school snack. There were always these ingredients in the house. Viola these little pizzas were a big hit and still are a viable lunch option.

- 1 Toaster oven
Ingredients
- 2 English Muffins sliced
- 4 Tbsp Tomato Sauce
- 3/4 Cup Mozzarella American or Provolone can be substituted
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Italian Seasoning
- Choice of Toppings We love sliced pepperoni
Instructions
- Toast the English muffin prior to making the pizza.
- Add the tomato sauce.
- Add your choice of cheese.
- Add the spices.
- Top the muffin with your meat or vegetable.
- Place in the toaster oven and broil for 4-5 minutes.
