Turkey Burger with Spinach and Feta

This is a go-to meal in our house. I even make these up when ground-turkey goes on sale and then freeze them for later.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Lb. Ground Turkey 97% Lean
  • 4 Oz. Feta Cheese
  • 1 Small Package of Frozen Spinach
  • 1/2 Cup Dry Steak Seasoning Mix Montreal

Instructions
 

  • Gather your ingredients
  • Defrost, drain and squeeze the water from the spinach.
  • Sprinkle steak seasoning onto a plate.
  • Mix together the turkey, feta, and spinach.
  • Form the patties.
  • Pat each patty into the steak seasoning on both sides.
  • If you want the patty less seasoned simply just coat one side or press lightly.
  • Fry in a pan with a little oil, butter or cooking spray.
  • Cook until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F.

Notes

You can omit the spinach if you do not like it and serve with just a green salad.
