Ingredients
This is a go-to meal in our house. I even make these up when ground-turkey goes on sale and then freeze them for later. You can omit the spinach if you do not like it and serve with a green salad.
- 1 Lb. Ground Turkey 97% Lean
- 4 Oz. of Feta Cheese
- 1 Small Package of Frozen Spinach
- 1/2 Cup of Dry Steak Seasoning Mix (Montreal)
Instructions
- Defrost, drain and squeeze the water from the spinach.
- Sprinkle steak seasoning onto a plate.
- Mix together the turkey, feta, and spinach.
- Form the patties.
- Pat each patty into the steak seasoning on both sides.
- If you want the patty less seasoned simply just coat one side or press lightly.
- Fry in a pan with a little oil, butter or cooking spray.
- Cook until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F.
