Ground Turkey 97% Lean 4 Oz. of Feta Cheese 1 Small Package of Frozen Spinach 1/2 Cup of Dry Steak Seasoning Mix (Montreal) Instructions Defrost, drain and squeeze the water from the spinach. Sprinkle steak seasoning onto a plate. Mix together the turkey, feta, and spinach. Form the patties. Pat each patty into the steak seasoning on both sides. If you want the patty less seasoned simply just coat one side or press lightly. Fry in a pan with a little oil, butter or cooking spray. Cook until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F.
