This is a go-to meal in our house. I even make these up when ground-turkey goes on sale and then freeze them for later.

  • 4 Oz. Feta Cheese
  • 2 Cups Spinach Fresh
  • 1/2 Cup Montreal Seasoning Montreal Dry Steak Seasoning Mix

  • In a mixing bowl add the turkey and the feta

  • Mix together the turkey, feta, and spinach
  • Sprinkle steak seasoning onto a plate and place burgers onto the seasoning. Do not coat the entire patty or it will be too salty, If you want the patty even less seasoned simply just coat one side or press very lightly.
  • Form the patties.
  • Heat a frying pan, when you can drop a few drops of cool water in the pan and it sizzles you can add a little butter, oil or cooking spray
  • Add the patties to the pan cook on one side until browned and then flip
  • Cook until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.

Notes

You can omit the spinach if you do not like it and serve with just a green salad.
