Turkey Burger with Spinach and Feta
This is a go-to meal in our house. I even make these up when ground-turkey goes on sale and then freeze them for later.

Ground Turkey 97% Lean

Feta Cheese

Small Package of Frozen Spinach
1/2

Dry Steak Seasoning Mix

Instructions
Gather your ingredients
Defrost, drain and squeeze the water from the spinach.
Sprinkle steak seasoning onto a plate.
Mix together the turkey, feta, and spinach.
Form the patties.
Pat each patty into the steak seasoning on both sides.
If you want the patty less seasoned simply just coat one side or press lightly.
Fry in a pan with a little oil, butter or cooking spray.
Cook until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F.
Notes
You can omit the spinach if you do not like it and serve with just a green salad.
