Ingredients
- 2 Sweet Potatoes
- 4 Tablespoons of Butter
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructions
- Peel and cube the sweet potatoes.
- Add to a pot of salted water.
- Boil until very soft.
- Add to the food processor/blender.
- Pulse until the sweet potato has no lumps and can be spread on a spoon with your finger.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
