Sweet Potato Puree
This sweet potato recipe is so easy to make. All it takes is the use of your food processor or blender to make people think you slaved over these for hours. You can also make these ahead of time and reheat with some butter and or milk.

Ingredients
- 2 Sweet Potatoes
- 4 Tbs Butter
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructions
- Peel and cube the sweet potatoes.
- Add to a pot of salted water.
- Boil until very soft.
- Add potatoes and butter to the food processor/blender.
- Add the milk
- Pulse until the sweet potato has no lumps and can be spread on a spoon with your finger.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
