Oven Roasted Baby Potatoes
Baby potatoes that are red or yellow are the best roasted in the oven with a little salt and olive oil. They add a simple side element without taking away from the star of the meal. Left over they can be smashed and fried- still yummy!

- 2.5 Lbs Baby Potatoes Bag of Small
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil Fresh
- 1 Tablespoons Italian Seasoning
- 2 Teaspoons Sea Salt
- 2 Teaspoons Cracked Black Pepper
Heat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Clean the potatoes using water. Use a cloth or a brush and pat them dry.
Combine all the ingredients together and mix thoroughly.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes.
