Refreshing Melon Water
We used cantaloupe but watermelon or honeydew also work well and taste so delicious! A good natural fit especially for those who do not like the taste of plain water, or those counting calories.

Melon
Cut Up

Half Gallon of Water
Instructions
Wash, cut and slice the melon
Add the melon to a jar
Fill the jar with filtered water
Sit in the refrigerator for 12- 24 hours before drinking
You can refill the water for the next 3 days
Notes
Note: After 3 days the fruit will begin to break down and you should discard the fruit and any water that is left.
