Pan-Fried Lemon Pepper Swordfish

Ingredients
  

  • 8 Oz. Swordfish thick loin cut similar to a size of a beef filet
  • 2 Tbs Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  • 1 Tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbs Butter
  • ½ Lemon
  • 1 Tsp Garlic minced
  • ½ Tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the swordfish under water and pat dry with a paper towel.
  • Heat a frying pan on medium/high heat and add the oil and butter.
  • Rub the lemon pepper mixture, garlic, and salt on all sides of the swordfish.
  • Place the fish in the frying pan, when you do you should hear a nice loud sizzle.
  • Add ½ of the lemon to the pan.
  • Cook swordfish on each side for approximately 3-4 on minutes each side.
  • When you flip the fish, rub lemon all around the pan.
  • Serve with your favorite fresh vegetables!

    This tasted like I was dining at an ocean side restaurant, I need to eat more swordfish this was so tasty
