Pan-Fried Lemon Pepper Swordfish

Ingredients
- 8 Oz. Swordfish thick loin cut similar to a size of a beef filet
- 2 Tbs Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- 1 Tsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tbs Butter
- ½ Lemon
- 1 Tsp Garlic minced
- ½ Tsp Salt
Instructions
- Rinse the swordfish under water and pat dry with a paper towel.
- Heat a frying pan on medium/high heat and add the oil and butter.
- Rub the lemon pepper mixture, garlic, and salt on all sides of the swordfish.
- Place the fish in the frying pan, when you do you should hear a nice loud sizzle.
- Add ½ of the lemon to the pan.
- Cook swordfish on each side for approximately 3-4 on minutes each side.
- When you flip the fish, rub lemon all around the pan.
- Serve with your favorite fresh vegetables!
