- 1 Baking Tray
- Wooden Skewers
Ingredients
- 4 lbs Sirloin Roast Top Round Cap Cut
- 1/3 Cup Kosher Salt
Instructions
- Place wooden skewers in water to stop them from splintering soak for at least 30 minutes
- Trim some of the fat from the top of the meat
- Follow the butchers angle and decide upon your desired thickness
- Cut the steaks and place then onto your baking tray
- Generously salt them on both sides. This is all the seasoning that they need.
- Fold your meat and secure it with the skewers
- Place multiples of same thickness on the skewers. They are ready for your grill
- Grill them just like you would any other cut of meat, make sure you are turning them to render that fat and to cook them evenly
