This lovely compound butter can be served room temperature or heated. At room temperature, it is a wonderful spread and heated it becomes a lovely sauce.

- 6 Tbs Salted Butter softened
- 1 Tbs Rosemary minced
- 3 Tbs Parsley minced
- 1 Tbs Basil minced
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Mix together.
- If serving on the table you can roll into a ball or place into any mold
- if using as a sauce (heat in the microwave at 50% power)
