We love grilled Asian chicken thighs! They are sticky and sweet. We used to only do the boneless thighs but now We like them just fine with the bone in too

Ingredients
- 8 Chicken Thighs either deboned and skinned or Full Bone In w skin
- 3/4 Cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Mirin
- 1 Tbsp Ginger Fresh
- 3 Cloves Garlic chopped
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 1/4 Cup Green Onions optional
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients
- Chop the garlic
- Chop the ginger
- Chop the green onion
- Whisk together all the ingredients for the marinade, until sugar dissolves
- Pour over the thighs
- Place in the fridge to marinate for as little as 1 hour to as many as 8 hours
- Fire up your grill to medium heat and cook on each side approximately ? minutes on each side until a meat thermometer reaches 165 degrees F internal.

Serve with rice, Asian Green Beans, or grilled pineapple. Yum!
If you like a bit of heat you could add some red pepper flake to the marinade.

I like chicken thighs because they are more forgiving on the grill. They go great Asian style. You should definitely try these
