Ingredients

  • 3  Tomatoes/Vine Ripe or Roma (chopped)
  • ½ English Cucumber (chopped)
  • 2  Tablespoons of Feta Cheese
  • ¼ Red Onion (sliced)
  • ½ of a Bell Pepper (chopped)
  • 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • 5 Banana Pepper Rings (chopped)
  • 1 Tablespoons of Sumac Spice
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Instructions

In a medium size, bowl add all ingredients and mix together, serve cold.
