Ingredients
- 3 Tomatoes/Vine Ripe or Roma (chopped)
- ½ English Cucumber (chopped)
- 2 Tablespoons of Feta Cheese
- ¼ Red Onion (sliced)
- ½ of a Bell Pepper (chopped)
- 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
- 5 Banana Pepper Rings (chopped)
- 1 Tablespoons of Sumac Spice
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructions
In a medium size, bowl add all ingredients and mix together, serve cold.
