Fattoush Salad
Fattoush is one of our favorite Labanese salads. It is vibrant, yet creamy, and salty. It is a great accompaniment to chicken, steak, lamb, or even beef. It is a perfect summer salad when tomatoes and cucumbers are abundant.

- 3 Roma tomatoes chopped
- 3/4 English Cucumber chopped
- 2 tbsp Feta Cheese crumbled
- ¼ Red Onion sliced
- 3 Scallions sliced
- 3 Mini Bell Pepper chopped
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 4 Radish sliced
- 1 Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Sumac
- 1 tbsp Zaatar
- Salt and Pepper
Gather your vegetables, rinse under cold water, pat dry and and cut all in similar size adding together in a bowl
Add feta cheese, olive oil, lemon juice and dry ingredients. Mixing everything together and serve cold (recommend chilling in fridge for 20 min before serving)
Add some chopped lettuce to a salad bowl, add couple scoops of fattoush mixture and couple peaces of homemade pita and mix all together.
