Easy Peasy Mini Fruit Tarts

These little mini tarts topped with your favorite berries and fruit slices come together quickly and easily, They are a favorite when we bring them to parties and serve them on special occasions, People will think you spent hours laboring over them, when in fact they come together in a snap. You can even make them a day ahead of time!

Ingredients
  

  • 8 Graham Cracker Pie Crust
  • 1 Instant Vanilla Pudding
  • 1 Cup Blueberries Fresh
  • 1 Cup Strawberries Fresh sliced
  • 3 Kiwi Fruits peeled & sliced
  • Milk Cold

Instructions
 

  • Follow directions on pudding box and chill in the fridge.
  • Wash the fruit and slice
  • Scoop 2 tablespoons of pudding in each mini pie shell at the bottom and spread out with a spoon.
  • Fan kiwi pieces on one end next to the strawberries and lastly add a few blueberries.

Notes

    • Perfect for a party!
    • Variation 
    • Use a premade cookie pie crust like in this photo
    • If you want to add another pop of color put 1 piece of canned mandarin orange on side of tart next to other fruits.
    • Tarts should be chilled until ready to serve.
    • If you want to make tarts 1 day before serving you will need to brush your tarts with aspic (aka gelatin).
