Easy Peasy Mini Fruit Tarts
These little mini tarts topped with your favorite berries and fruit slices come together quickly and easily, They are a favorite when we bring them to parties and serve them on special occasions, People will think you spent hours laboring over them, when in fact they come together in a snap. You can even make them a day ahead of time!

Ingredients
- 8 Graham Cracker Pie Crust
- 1 Instant Vanilla Pudding
- 1 Cup Blueberries Fresh
- 1 Cup Strawberries Fresh sliced
- 3 Kiwi Fruits peeled & sliced
- Milk Cold
Instructions
- Follow directions on pudding box and chill in the fridge.
- Wash the fruit and slice
- Scoop 2 tablespoons of pudding in each mini pie shell at the bottom and spread out with a spoon.
- Fan kiwi pieces on one end next to the strawberries and lastly add a few blueberries.

- Use a premade cookie pie crust like in this photo
- If you want to add another pop of color put 1 piece of canned mandarin orange on side of tart next to other fruits.

- Tarts should be chilled until ready to serve.

- If you want to make tarts 1 day before serving you will need to brush your tarts with aspic (aka gelatin).
