Chinese Brown Duck Sauce
This sweet sauce is a staple in Boston, but in North Carolina we could not find it at any Chinese restaurants. So we made our own. This tastes just like the one we grew up with. You will want to add this recipe and save it.

Ingredients
- 2 Oz. Apple Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Apricot Jam I used Apricot/Peach since that was all that was available and it was fine.
- 2 Oz. Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Ginger Powder
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and stir well
- Let it sit for 30 minutes before serving
- Serve with your favorite Egg roll
