Ingredients
- 1 Cup Blueberries
- 1 ½ Cup Flour
- ¾ Cup Sugar
- ½ Cup Milk (2% or Whole)
- 2 Teaspoons of Baking Powder
- ⅓ Cup of Vegetable Oil
- 1 Tablespoon of Honey
- 1 Egg
- ½ Teaspoon of Salt
Crumb Topping:
- ½ Cup of Sugar
- ¼ Cup of Flour
- 3 Tablespoons of Butter (cold)
- 1 ½ Teaspoon of Cinnamon
- 1/4 Teaspoon of Nutmeg

Muffin Instructions
- Combine the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in a bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix the oil, milk, honey, and egg and slowly add to flour mixture until it’s all incorporated.
- Fold the blueberries into the batter, fill each muffin tin ½ full of mixture and sprinkle 1-2 Tablespoons of the crumb topping over each muffin.
- Cook at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes.
Topping Instructions
Mix all ingredients together with 2 butter knives, cutting the butter with sugar (don’t smoosh) set aside.
