- 1 Cup Nilla Wafer (minis)
- 2 Cups Cold Milk
Instructions
Make the pudding
- In a large bowl combine the pudding mix and cold milk.
- Mix with a beater or whisk for 2 minutes.
- Place the bowl in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
Whip the cream or use a prepared real whip cream
- In a metal bowl, combine the heavy cream and granulated sugar.
- Mix with a beater or whisk for 3-4 minutes until stiff peaks form.
- Place the bowl in the fridge until you’re ready to use (it will keep for 24 hrs).
Assembling the pie
- Take the gram cracker shell and put thin slices of fresh banana on the bottom.
- Take ½ cup of the pudding and smooth over the bananas.
- Take ½ cup of whip cream and smooth that over the pudding.
- Take 3-4 wafers, crumble them in your hands and sprinkle over the whipped cream.
- Go back to step 1 and repeat layers again.
- Decorate the top by piping the whipped cream with a star tip and placing the wafers half in on the top, around the edges. Places thin slices of banana on top, so everyone will know what type of pie it is!
