This smoothie is one of our favorites. It is bright and refreshing with a little sweet and a little tangy taste.

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Mango frozen Chunks
- 1 Cup Pineapple frozen Chunks
- 1/2 Banana frozen
- 1.25 Cups Coconut Water add 1/4 cup more if you want to drink it with a straw right away
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tablespoon Honey optional
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients
- Add the pineapple, mango, and coconut water to the blender
- Blend together, checking the consistency to ensure there are not bits of mango or pineapple.
- Test for sweetness and adjust with honey.
- Pour into your glass and enjoy!

For fewer carbs and calories replace the coconut water with water and add a little protein powder.Â
