- 1 Can of Chick Peas/Garbanzo Beans
- 2 Small Avocados
- 1/2 Teaspoon of Garlic (minced)
- 1/4 Cup of Fresh Cilantro (chopped fine)
- 1/4 Cup of Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon of Water
- Juice From 1 to 1 and 1/2 Lemons (depending on size)
- Mix all ingredients in the blender or food processor except the water.
- Blend on high and add the water as needed.
- Blend again and taste, add more more if needed.
