Ingredients

  • 1 Can of Chick Peas/Garbanzo Beans
  • 2 Small Avocados
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 Cup of Fresh Cilantro (chopped fine)
  • 1/4 Cup of Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon of Water
  • Juice From 1 to 1 and  1/2 Lemons (depending on size)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in the blender or food processor except the water.
  2. Blend on high and add the water as needed.
  3. Blend again and taste, add more more if needed.
