Mango Pineapple Smoothie

This smoothie is one of our favorites. It is bright and refreshing with a little sweet and a little tangy taste.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Mango frozen Chunks
  • 1 Cup Pineapple frozen Chunks
  • 1/2 Banana frozen
  • 1.25 Cups Coconut Water add 1/4 cup more if you want to drink it with a straw right away
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey optional

Instructions

  • Gather your ingredients
  • Add the pineapple, mango, and coconut water to the blender
  • Blend together, checking the consistency to ensure there are not bits of mango or pineapple.
  • Test for sweetness and adjust with honey.
  • Pour into your glass and enjoy!

Notes

For fewer carbs and calories replace the coconut water with water and add a little protein powder. 
Add greek style yogurt for more protein and fluffiness
