Mango Pineapple Smoothie
This smoothie is one of our favorites. It is bright and refreshing with a little sweet and a little tangy taste.

- 1 Cup Mango frozen Chunks
- 1 Cup Pineapple frozen Chunks
- 1/2 Banana frozen
- 1.25 Cups Coconut Water add 1/4 cup more if you want to drink it with a straw right away
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tablespoon Honey optional
Gather your ingredients
Add the pineapple, mango, and coconut water to the blender
Blend together, checking the consistency to ensure there are not bits of mango or pineapple.
Test for sweetness and adjust with honey.
Pour into your glass and enjoy!
For fewer carbs and calories replace the coconut water with water and add a little protein powder.
