Ingredients
- 2 Cups Spinach Leaves Optional add Arugula Mix
- 1 Piece Bacon Cooked and diced
- ¼ Pear Ripened and sliced thin
- 3 Cherry Tomatoes Halved
- ½ oz Goat cheese
- 5 Slices Onion Pickled
Dijon Vinaigrette
- ¼ Tsp Sugar
- ¼ Tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tbs Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 Tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Cracked Black Pepper to Taste
Instructions
- Lay spinach on a plate and sprinkle the bacon on top.
- Add the tomato, pear slices, goat cheese, and onions.
- In a small side dish, add ingredients together for the Dijon Vinaigrette dressing.
- Pour over the top of the salad.
