Ingredients

  • 1 Package of your Favorite Ramen noodles
  • 1 Tablespoon of Vietnamese Pho Beef Base
  • 2 Mushrooms (Sliced)
  • 4 Slices of White Onion (Sliced Very Thin)
  • 1 Green Onion
  • 3 Oz. of  Chicken (Cooked/ Pulled)
  • 1 Tablespoon of  Fresh Cilantro (Chopped)
  • 2 1/2 Cups of Water

Instructions

  1. Heat a small pot with water on high heat until it comes to a boil.
  2. Add the ramen packet and set the seasoning packet aside.
  3. Cook for 2 minutes and then turn down to low, stirring noodles to break them apart.
  4. Add the pho base and ½  package of the seasoning packet and stir.
  5. Add remaining ingredients, mushroom, onion, chicken and cilantro.
  6. Turn off the heat and let it stand in the pan for 2 minutes.
  7. Pour everything into a bowl and add ½ tsp of sriracha (optional) if you want a little kick.
