Ingredients
- 1 Cup of Plain Greek Yogurt
- ¼ of an English Cucumber (grate with a box shredder)
- 1 Clove of Garlic (minced)
- 1 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Tablespoon of Fresh Dill
- ½ Tablespoon of Fresh Parsley
- ¼ Teaspoon of Cumin
- ¼ Teaspoon of Coriander
- ⅛ Teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructions
- Take the grated cucumber, put into a paper towel and squeeze the juice from it.
- In the food processor, combine the garlic, parsley, dill, lemon juice and other seasonings.
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients above and mix..taste then and add salt and pepper.
- Refrigerate for least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to set
