- 1 Lb. of Ground Turkey
- 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil (for the frying pan)
- 5 Oz. of Feta Cheese Crumbles
- 1 Tablespoon of Steak Seasoning
(I served these with half of a grape tomato for color and freshness)
- Mix the ingredients together.
- Form small bite-sized patties.
- Fry in a pan with some olive oil.
- Make sure you reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees F, the turkey meat must be fully cooked prior to serving.
Serve with our Dijon Mustard Sauce or a ranch-style dressing.
