Ingredients 1 Lb. of Ground Turkey 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil (for the frying pan) 5 Oz. of Feta Cheese Crumbles 1 Tablespoon of Steak Seasoning (I served these with half of a grape tomato for color and freshness) Instructions Mix the ingredients together. Form small bite-sized patties. Fry in a pan with some olive oil. Make sure you reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees F, the turkey meat must be fully cooked prior to serving. Serve with our Dijon Mustard Sauce or a ranch-style dressing.
