Peanut Ginger Dressing

We crave a green salad because of this dressing that is full of peanut and umami flavors. It especially pairs well with a little red cabbage mixed into the salad. This dressing is balanced and so yummy. It will cure any salad blahs that you may be having.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tsp Ginger
  • 1 Tsp Garlic
  • 1 Tbs Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1.5 Tbs Water

Instructions
 

  • Peel the garlic
  • Peel the Ginger
  • Add all the ingredients to a mini food processor and blend
