Copycat Shake and Bake Pork Chops

This crunchy breading makes these oven baked pork chops taste more like fried. They sell this breading in a box at the store,but we mix our own it literally takes minutes and the chops come out just as good without all the preservatives.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Pork Chops We prefer the bone in
  • 3 Cups Bread Crumbs
  • 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tsp Paprika
  • 1 Tsp Celery Salt
  • 3/4 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Onion Powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425F
  • Add all your breading ingredients to a ziplock baggie
  • Place your chops in the bag one at a time and shake them and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  • Cook for 20 or more minutes until brown and the internal temperature reaches at least 145F
