White Sangria

Light and fruity this wine cocktail is perfect for a party because it needs to be made in advance and can be a self serve option in a pitcher or in a punch bowl. Guests love it!

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1599 ML Sauvignon Blanc
  • 1 Cup Brandy Apricot flavored
  • 1 Cup Peach Schnapps
  • 3 Peaches
  • 3 Oranges Seedless are best
  • 2 Cups Strawberries
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract Optional
  • A splash of seltzer

Instructions
 

  • Wash the peaches
  • Wash the strawberries
  • Wash the oranges
  • Slice the Peaches
  • Remove the stems from the berries and slice them
  • Slice the oranges, leave peel on and remove any seeds
  • Pour the wine, if using 2 jars or pitchers divide it equally
  • Add the brandy, and the schnapps equally. If you are adding in the vanilla extract do the same
  • Let it sit for a minimum of 4 hours 8 is best
  • When serving you can add a little bot of the fruit and a splash of selzer

Notes

In our feature picture, we also used a green apple for color, it is not necessary. 
Optional a little spring of mint or basil in the glass as a garnish is also wonderful in the white sangria
We also made a Red Sangria but the white is a favorite go to. I wanted to show it as a serving example since I do not own a punch bowl, I simply use a Trifle bowl.
