Raspberry Infused Simple Syrup
This is my favorite recipe for a cocktail mixer! The raspberry syrup is the best I have ever tried. The process takes a little patience waiting for the sous vide but the syrup lasts a month in the refrigerator.

Equipment
- 1 Sous Vide
- 1 Mesh Strainer
- 1 Wide Mouth Funnel
Ingredients
- 22 Raspberries 22 Raspberries approximately (75 grams)
- 7.5 Oz Simple Syrup
Instructions
- Wash the raspberries
- Add them to a ziplock bag
- Place your Sous vide in a container filled with water (Pan or other approved material for Sous vide machine)
- Leave the baggie open a tad as you push it down into the water so all the air is forced out by the displacement of the water.
- Seal the baggie and get your Sous vide set to 135F
- Leave it in for 2 hours
- Remove the baggie and submerge it into an ice bath
- Strain using a fine mesh strainer or coffee filter into a mason jar
