Raspberry Infused Simple Syrup
This is my favorite recipe for a cocktail mixer! The raspberry syrup is the best I have ever tried. The process takes a little patience waiting for the sous vide but the syrup lasts a month in the refrigerator.

1 Sous Vide
1 Mesh Strainer
1 Wide Mouth Funnel
- 22 Raspberries 22 Raspberries approximately (75 grams)
- 7.5 Oz Simple Syrup
Wash the raspberries
Add them to a ziplock bag
Place your Sous vide in a container filled with water (Pan or other approved material for Sous vide machine)
Leave the baggie open a tad as you push it down into the water so all the air is forced out by the displacement of the water.
Seal the baggie and get your Sous vide set to 135F
Leave it in for 2 hours
Remove the baggie and submerge it into an ice bath
Strain using a fine mesh strainer or coffee filter into a mason jar
