Ingredients
- 1 Head Cauliflower Sliced into 2" Steaks
- 2 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tsp Paprika
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
- 1 Cup Marinara
Instructions
- Wash the cauliflower under cold water and pat dry
- Slice into 2" steaks and lay flat
- Drizzle olive oil on both side and season with salt and pepper, garlic powder and onion powder on both sides
- Add Italian seasoning on both sides
- Add paprika on both sides
- Air fry on 400 degrees for 10 minutes, flip and air fry on other side until steaks are golden brown
- Remove from air fryer and add the sauce on top to each
- Add the cheese on top
- Airfly on 400 degrees for 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
