Ingredients
1HeadCauliflowerSliced into 2" Steaks
2TbspItalian Seasoning
1TbspGarlic Powder
1TbspOnion Powder
1TspPaprika
2TbspOlive Oil
1 CupMozzarella CheeseShredded
1CupMarinara
Instructions
Wash the cauliflower under cold water and pat dry
Slice into 2" steaks and lay flat
Drizzle olive oil on both side and season with salt and pepper, garlic powder and onion powder on both sides
Add Italian seasoning on both sides
Add paprika on both sides
Air fry on 400 degrees for 10 minutes, flip and air fry on other side until steaks are golden brown
Remove from air fryer and add the sauce on top to each
Add the cheese on top
Airfly on 400 degrees for 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
Notes
I served over a bed of spaghetti squash but would be great over some steamed green beans as well.
