Cauliflower Steaks Parmesan With Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients

  • 1 Head Cauliflower Sliced into 2" Steaks
  • 2 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Tsp Paprika
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • 1 Cup Marinara

Instructions

  • Wash the cauliflower under cold water and pat dry
  • Slice into 2" steaks and lay flat
  • Drizzle olive oil on both side and season with salt and pepper, garlic powder and onion powder on both sides
  • Add Italian seasoning on both sides
  • Add paprika on both sides
  • Air fry on 400 degrees for 10 minutes, flip and air fry on other side until steaks are golden brown
  • Remove from air fryer and add the sauce on top to each
  • Add the cheese on top
  • Airfly on 400 degrees for 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown.

Notes

I served over a bed of spaghetti squash but would be great over some steamed green beans as well.
