Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussel Sprouts
- 1/2 Lemon
- 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 Tsp Olive Oil
Instructions
- Wash and dry the brussel sprouts
- Cut off the stalk
- Slice in half
- Toss in olive oil
- Place in the airfryer at 400F
- Cook for 8 minutes
- Then turn them over and cook for another 4-5 minutes until they have reach the proper consistency
- Remove from the air fryer and toss with the juice from the lemon and the parmesan cheese
- Add salt and pepper to taste
