Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussel Sprouts
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 Tsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Wash and dry the brussel sprouts
  • Cut off the stalk
  • Slice in half
  • Toss in olive oil
  • Place in the airfryer at 400F
  • Cook for 8 minutes
  • Then turn them over and cook for another 4-5 minutes until they have reach the proper consistency
  • Remove from the air fryer and toss with the juice from the lemon and the parmesan cheese
  • Add salt and pepper to taste

Notes

Optional seasonings like garlic powder, balsamic vinegar, or maple syrup can be added for extra flavor.
