Ingredients
- 1/2 Stick of Butter
- 2 Tablespoons of Flour
- 2 -3 Jalapeno Peppers (sliced and chopped, seeds and strings removed)
- 2-3 Tablespoons of Cream Cheese
- 1 Chicken Stock Cube and 1/2 Cup of Water or 1/2 Cup of Chicken Stock
- 1/4 Teaspoon of Chili Powder
- 1 Teaspoon of Lime Juice
Instructions
- Add the butter to the pan.
- Add the Jalapenos to the pan.
- Stir in the flour.
- Add in the Cream Cheese.
- Add the Stock or Stock Cube with Water.
- Stir until creamy and mixed well.
