Chicken Tenders w Asian Chili
The red pepper combined with the sweet flavor of the Asian chili sauce transforms plain old chicken tenders into a game day or anytime treat. Kids love them and since the sauce is on them no need to create an extra dish. This one pan meal is easy to carry to any gathering.

Ingredients
- 1 Lb. Chicken IBreast Tenders if needed cut into smaller strips approximately ¼ – ½ inch thick
- 1 Cups Flour
- 1/2 Cup Italian Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1 Eggs
- 1/8 Cup Milk
- ½ Cup Chili Sauce Asian
Instructions
- Heat the oil to 350 degrees F.
- Take 2-3 pieces of the chicken strip, dust with the flour mixture.
- Move the chicken from the flour mixture to egg wash.
- Move the chicken from egg wash to bread crumbs.
- Once you get the 6 pieces breaded, fry in oil for approximately 4-5 minutes.
- Place chicken on paper towels when done to absorb remaining oil.
- Now you can add your sauce and serve.

You want to ensure you chicken is 165 F
Variation: For a quicker version use frozen pre-breaded chicken tenders, bake according to package instructions.
