Ingredients
- 8 Ea Dates
- 2 Teaspoons Almond Butter Or any nut butter
- 5 oz Dark Chocolate or Semi Sweet
- 1/4 cup Almonds Dry Unsalted
Instructions
- Remove the pits from the dates
- Add 1/4 Tsp of nut butter to inside date cavity
- Add 1 almond inside each one and close date
- In microwave safe bowl melt chocolate doing 30 second increments and stirring in between until smooth
- Dip each date in the chocolate and place on a plate lined with parchment, wax or oven liner so it does not stick.
- Refrigerate for 30 min and serve, store in container up to 5 days
